Check-in time is 2 pm or after and check-out time is by or before 11 am.
Early check-in and Late departures are subject to availability and attract additional charges.
All our rooms have been designed to give a unique identity and style to each room therefore, more than one room allotted to you may differ in shape, size and interior decoration of the room despite being part of the same room category.
Breakfast would be served in the standard time frame only i.e. 8 am to 10.30 am.
No room shall be blocked or held, tentatively or otherwise without an advance amount. A room shall be considered blocked only once the booking deposit is paid.
One Child below 5 years of age, enjoys a complimentary stay sharing parent’s bed. Anyone older than that shall be charged as per plan as an extra person.
Please bear in mind before making your booking that Dreamcatcher is closed for the Monsoon every year between mid of June to mid of September, bookings for when we are open can still be made online during that time.
All rates are listed in Indian rupees and are subject to change, persons with reservations will be notified before their arrival.
Rates exclude the GST and Govt applicable taxes.
The cottages are inspected by housekeeping at checkout time, please contact reception the day before you are ready to vacate your room and settle your bill, and any damages will be added to your bill. Guest checking out after midnight are kindly requested to settle their bill before 18.00hrs.
It is highly advised that guests practice caution and avoid inviting strangers to their cottages to avoid criminal acts on their property and persons. All persons occupying a room must be registered at the reception.
Any type of illegal activity is strictly prohibited in this Resort Premises and we request you to please maintain the decorum of the same to avoid any kind of dispute afterward, which may be created by your ignorance to the said term.
We offer premium quality branded white linen in all the cottages and to promote the Save Water campaign, we change the Bedroom/ bathroom linen every alternate day only or after departure.
The resort is located onshore two natural water bodies (Sea and River) and has a huge open garden full of Palm and coconut trees, hence we always request our guests to keep Cottage windows/ doors closed in the evening time to avoid the entry of uninvited nature guests includes Fly’s, Mosquitos, Bees, etc
Dreamcatcher is not responsible for any loss of personal property, guests are requested to safely keep their belongings at all times, and valuables can be kept in personal lockers at reception.
We advise guests to keep their room keys at reception – if a guest reports the loss of their room key a fine of 1000rs will be charged.
All Reservations would be confirmed with 100% advance payment only.
Reservations done 60 or more days prior to the arrival date would follow below payment terms & conditions:
Reservations done within the period from 21 days to 60 days prior to the arrival date would follow the below payment terms & conditions:
Reservations done within 20 days prior to the arrival date would be confirmed with 100% advance payment only.
Resort management reserves the right to cancel the confirmed reservation, only in the situation if the payment schedule is delayed, and all the paid advances will be forfeited. Further guest would have no legal right to claim such payments from the resort or any of its associations.
We accept only guaranteed bookings to avoid unrequired cancellations at the last minute.
Reservations done 31 days or more prior to the arrival date would follow below cancellation terms & conditions:
Reservations done within the period of 15 days prior to the arrival date would attract 100% cancellation fees and NO payment would be refunded, hence complete paid amount would be forfeited.
Policy during Lockdown: It’s a new addition to our standard policies, which no one ever thought of, well! learning is always an experience to grow and hence considering this as an exception to our standard policy; We will be giving you a credit value equal to the 100% paid amount to use within 90 days from the date of Unlock is announced officially- under either of the below term & conditions only:
Medical/ unforeseen circumstances: Our standard Cancellation policies would be applicable and no special consideration would be honored for this reason.
Last-minute cancellation of your booked Mode of transport: Our standard Cancellation policies would be applicable and no special consideration would be honored for this reason.
Amendment of the reservation dates: Amendment would be accepted only 30 days or more prior to the arrival date and it would be subject to availability.
NO changes would be allowed in the dates within 30 days prior to the arrival date and the same standard cancellation policy would be applicable
