1. All Reservations would be confirmed with 100% advance payment only.
2. Reservations done 60 or more days prior to the arrival date would follow below payment terms & conditions:
a) 50% of the estimated billing to be paid at the time of confirming the reservation.
b) 25% of the estimated billing to be paid 40 days prior to the arrival date
c) Balance 25% to be paid 20 days prior to the arrival date.
3. Reservations done with in the period from 21 days – 60 days prior to the arrival date would follow below payment terms & conditions:
a) 75% of the estimated billing to be paid at the time of confirming the reservation.
b) Balance 25% of the estimated billing to be paid 20 days prior to the arrival date.
4. Reservations done within 20 days prior to the arrival date would be confirmed with 100% advance payment only.
5. Resort management reserves the rights to cancel the confirmed reservation, only in the situation if the payment schedule is delayed, and all the paid advances will be forfeited. Further guest would have no legal right to claim such payments from the resort or any of its association.
